Child of Mine - India

At the moment my Dad is in India, he has gone there to visit the 'Child of Mine' projects, www.childofmine.ca
He is gone for seven days and after a long day of flying and an 8 hour car journey with hundreds of people and monkeys in the road he arrived at his destination.
At the moment India are celebrating Diwali, he says that it is very lit up with lights and fireworks.
Today he visits the first children's home.
I will keep you posted on his trip.

At the Seaside

For the last few days I have been in a little seaside village called St Ives in Cornwall.Its a really small town right by the beach,I went with a few of my friends and my family, it was really cool because we were staying in a castle overlooking the whole town. As soon as we got to the hotel we got on our swimsuits and ran down to the beach to go swimming even though it was only 15 degrees. We thought that one of my friends had hypothermia her body was completely numb !! After we had supper we went to the beach where the tide had come in all the way so we played a game of who can get the furthest down the beach without getting hit by a wave everybody got soaked. The next day everybody went surfing and had a lot of fun, thankfully we had wetsuits this time. That night, at 10pm we decided to jump in the cold sea when we were about to jump in a lot of people stopped and started to take pictures and recording us it was really funny! I had a very fun time in st Ives.

Quite a busy week

well this week has been a very busy one, I've had alot of fun seeing my friends. tonight is my moms birthday party its gonna be a fun time !! yesterday I went on the train to town and while I was walking down the high street I saw 6 people who I knew it was quite funny. I hope HCS had a great 25 years celebration. :)

well today was a great day I started of the day going to my old church it was really cool to see my church friends. After church we organized a thanks giving diner for 27 children and 18 adults. With 4 chickens and a whole lot of veggies and dessert everybody got a thanks giving meal. It was a great time with friends.

!!!! A busy day !!!!

Well the last few days have been very busy and rainy, today I went to the big shopping center and bought some Toms and a new jacket. I'm seeing my old school friends later we are going swimming and then were going to my house to sleep. I took my little brother to a really old church and he thought it was a castle and that an old man with a long white beard was a wizard it made me laugh. I hope Kelowna is not getting to cold :)

A Very Happy Day

I had a great day today is saw my Great Grandparents and my old school friends. We started of the day visiting my Great Grandma and my Auntie - they were happy to see us they said I've grown a lot taller!  Then we moved on to my other Great Grandparents house for some biscuits and tea. After that I walked down to the train station to surprise my old school friends, when they came off the train it was such a big surprise for them, they said I have a Canadian accent. Then I went with Jess, my cousin Charlotte and my Auntie Lesley for a meal for supper it was very yummy. We finished off the night ripsticking at my friends house. A busy, happy, fun day!

Jetlag :(

Finally, were back in Engalnd WAHOOO after a very long journey we have arrived in sunny England. It was really cool flying into London seeing the Millenium Dome and the London Eye it was awesome. Right now im sitting in a car about to go to my home town and see my family I'm very excited!!! And I have EXTREME jetlag :(

Well, I'm very excited to be going to England for the month of October, I'm excited to see my family and friends, while I'm in England I will be blogging regularly about my trip. One of the things I am most excited for is surfing I love surfing and we are going to St Ives in Cornwall for a few days, I cant wait to go again its alot of fun. Also, it's my brothers birthday, for his birthday we decided to go visit a 1000 year old castle called Warwick Castle. My England trip is gonna be a blast.

Yesterday I got intoduced to Juice Group!!(the best youth group on Earth) I went with loads of my friends it was a blast. The t-shirts are so cool, the highlight of the night was the car jumping through a ring of glowsticks !!! its SOOOO fun. this is a video from the ark its soo much fun and on September 30th - 2nd there is a Grade Seven retreat its gonna be a blast.

One Week

Well the first week in Grade Seven was awsome it's been great to catch up with my friends and also make new friends. I think the class and my teacher is great. My little bro started school today he loves it and he says the best thing about school was playdough. We got our little buddys today from grade one they are the best. I'm happy the year started of good and I hope that it will stay that way.

First!

Well this is my very first blog I quite like writing and I think that bloggings gonna be fun. ;)

I'm in Grade Seven and loving it! I enjoy sports, hanging out with my friends and playing my guitar. I have a twin sister who also has a blog with her friend Micky. Last year I moved from England to Kelowna, BC and I'm loving Canada.

This is my 2nd year at Heritage school and I think it's gonna be good !!
